I have been a practitioner in herbals medicine since 2021. My journey started in herbal natural medicine while I was struggling with my own health issues which started at the age of 2. I spent a life time looking to western medicine only to be left suffering for 47 years. I have spent the last two years as an intern to a Herbologist who has spent 27 years in holistic healthcare. I now use herbal teas, tinctures, homeopathic medicine, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, breathe work ,guided intuition, and healthy eating to guide my clients to better health. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing. Through my journey I have discovered many ways to help others find themselves again just like I have. At the age of 50 I feel younger and healthier than I ever have.

Our bodies have an incredible, natural ability to heal and restore themselves, given the right support. One way I support this process is through the Lux Flow Ionic Footbath—a gentle, detoxifying tool that works with our body’s own systems.
